The building is designed as diffusely open, both the composition of the walls and the ceiling. Airtightness of the building is important for all constructions. Therefore, it is very important that all joints (e.g. between OSB...) are pasted with a high-quality special tape that guarantees air tightness between the joints.
We care about the quality of the materials used!
That's why we chose German Heroal aluminum windows. And why aluminum windows? The biggest advantage of aluminum windows is resistance to weather effects, minimal wear, strength, durability and, last but not least, design.

We used two layers of 2x12.5mm plasterboard in all internal partitions. Thanks to this detail, the walls have higher strength, higher resistance to mechanical damage and better acoustic properties.
